Josh Smith is the anchor of News Channel 11 Morning Edition and News Channel 11 at Noon.
A native of the Tri-Cities Region, Josh started working in local news in 1994 and joined WJHL-TV in 1999. Before that, he graduated from Elizabethton High School and the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
Josh is married and has two young sons.
Of the charities for which Josh volunteers and serves as a board member, one of his favorite is the Imagination Library in Elizabethton and Carter County which works to provide free books to children age birth through 5.
