Writer Wants To See President Removed
First, I am responding to a letter written by Phillip A. Cooper in Castlewood, Va. I would like to commend him for his views. Mr. Cooper you are just right. Untold thousands of voters sold out their freedom for change. The same thing happened here in North Carolina. But there is still time to correct this government takeover. Barack Obama can be removed from office if the voters come to their senses.
Second, I would like for you to know something about myself. My next birthday will be 90 years. I started reading the Herald Courier when I was 12 years old. My mother died when I was 18 months old, due to the flu epidemic. My father, like most people, lost everything in the 1929 crash. We were fortunate we had our home. My father could not send us to school, but encouraged us to read the paper every day. I also sold the newspaper on the streets in Bristol every afternoon. I paid 1 cent for the paper and sold them for 3 cents. A lot of people gave me a nickel. I usually made around 90 cents per day.
I am a veteran of Pacific war and moved to North Carolina for a better job. I still subscribe to the Herald Courier.
We have elections this fall and again in 2012. If every one will go and vote, we can get our country back.

I totally agree with Mr Haynes.As for hpd4u, he must be a liberal because all they can do is call names and offer very little substance about anything.
Mr Haynes…Thank you. I agree that this Administration is a mess. We need new people in the Senate and the White House and I’m sure there is vermin in both parties that need to be removed. Pray that Cap and Tax will never pass.
I’d like to see both Vermont Senators and one Representative removed in the next election.
Herbert, I applaud you as you are RIGNT ON my friend! We can vote BO out, however, I hope in 3years and 5 months, (who’s counting?) it won’t be too late as BO and Company are doing a ton of damage to our country now at record speed. Bills are being passed that have not even been read. They know they have very little time to ram their facist agenda thru congress. Today is the vote for Cap and Trade and if this bill passes—unless we jam their phone lines and express our dismay and request they vote NO on cap and trade-hold onto your hat as your electric bill will increase by $3,100 or more a year! Cap and Trade has already been proven will not work, same as single-payor healthcare DOES NOT work in England and Canada, but BO and company hate this country so much they are going to try and ram this down our throat! This crowd is just about more taxes! Remember he said, ‘no new taxes.‘ Bo is a liar! I would like to see someone continue to go after his birth certificate that he was able to apparently successfully ‘shut-the-lid’ on and thus nullify all of this socialist agenda he is ramming down our throat as any legislation he has signed would then be null and void. He is taking away the very aspect that drives the US economy-capatalism and replacing it with Socialism! If you like Socialism, go live in another country like Russia and see where we are headed! He is absolutely the worst ‘thing’ that could be happening for the USA! Wake up America, lets take our country back before its too late!
