Writer wants change in leadership

The letter by Mr. Ingle was amusing. He used the famous Paul Harvey “rest of the story” to back up Dulcie Mumpower on the ethanol plant. One problem, the main location Mr. Cox wanted was at the Industrial Park, not Oak Park. He mentioned that other sites were offered. Problem again: Those sites did fit the requirements to build a building, and fully conduct the ethanol business. He failed to state that a letter was sent to Mr. Cox with a request a mile long that no business would be able to meet. He did not also mention that all of the candidates, except Mumpower, did not sign the open government pledge. Was he there to advise her when, after the last tax assessment, the board passed a 7.25 percent increase? Yet Virginia Code 58.1-3321 states that real estate revenues may only increase by 1 percent over the previous year. And that is only part of the rest of the story.
