Writer opposes vote to create BVU authority
With the rancorous, whirlwind divorce of BVU and our city, it will be only a matter of time before other utilities do the same. The results will portent a decline in community development.
I believe that sometime down the road, this event may well lead to the demise of Bristol, Va., as an independent city.
