Cancer support group to meet at HRC

The Health Resources Center, Johnson City Medical Center’s outreach facility in The Mall at Johnson City, will offer a free Cancer Support Group on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6 to 7 p.m. with speaker Michelle Bouton.

Learn how yoga and massage can offer relief and support during challenging times. By helping manage anxiety and tension, these complementary therapies can bring comfort and relaxation. Support persons are encouraged to attend.
