Bristol Native Receives Honor at Murray State

John and Edith Derting, of Bristol, are pictured with their daughter, Dr. Terry Derting, who was recently named the “Outstanding Professor in Biology” at Murray State University in Murray, KY.
Dr. Derting received this honor at the Biology department’s annual banquet held on October 9th on the campus of MSU. Recipients of this award are nominated and selected by the biology students at Murray State.
