Revenue Department hosts business tax workshops

The Tennessee Department of Revenue is holding free bimonthly tax workshops for new businesses.
Tax specialists will provide information about business tax, sales and use tax, unemployment tax and tax enforcement procedures. The workshops are designed to help those dealing with business-related taxes for the first time. They take place in Johnson City, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Memphis. The Johnson City workshop will be on Nov. 12 at the department’s regional office on High Point Drive.
Those interested in registering should contact the Revenue Department.
