Limelight Lounge Shooting Suspect Arrested In WV

A suspect in a Tri-Cities nightclub shooting has been arrested in Charleston, West Virginia.
According to Kingsport Police, the United States Marshal’s Service and Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department found Hubert Lee Scruggs yesterday.


Scruggs is a suspect in the October 28, 2007 shooting that occurred in the parking lot of the Limelight Lounge, 417 West Stone Drive.
Police say Scruggs shot Deshannon Bradley four times during an argument.


Scruggs has been on the run, since the night of the shooting.
Pending an extradition hearing, Scruggs will be brought back to Kingsport to face charges for Criminal Attempt- First Degree Murder.
