Just months after hiring 70 new employees, Johnson City’s Traco plant announced today it is shutting down. Traco Spokesperson Denise Abraham confirmed the news, saying the plant closure was the result of a “very difficult decision.“

The company, which specializes in making energy efficient windows and doors, made the announcement this morning. According to Abraham, 180 people will lose their jobs as the result of the closure.

Back in may, Traco hired 70 new employees after closing its operations in Georgia. 2009 marked the 10-year anniversary of the company in Johnson City. Traco now plans to move its Johnson City operations to its main facility outside of Pittsburgh to help the company run more efficiently.

This is just more of what we are going to see if WE THE PEOPLE doesn’t stop this socialist, anti capitalist bunch we have in our government today.  We have to get out and vote these people out and get some people in office who will work for us. .... ALL ELECTED OFFICAL are our servants they work for us, they are not our Gods or kings.  If you all think we are losing more and more jobs in our area, wait till we start taxing the people who make over $250,000 at a 50% rate…..watch what happens to the small and medium sized businesses then.  One question…….HOW IS THIS CHANGE THING WORKING ????  and remember GWB isn’t in office and hasn’t been in completed control of the government in over 2 and ˝ yrs.

So sad to see people lose a job for any reason.
If we get a Real president in the next 3 years there may be hope for this country and for the ones who have worked and died to make this a great place to live. People please wake up this is not a dream. We are doomed on this path we are heading down. Make yourself note you have been made aware of what ahead for the US. Many have lost all hope. The change we got can not be afforded.
Obama sold the US again today at the UN and we are such terrible people and make me wonder why God would give any love for his people living in US.
