More Americans will be on the road this Thanksgiving than last year.  AAA is projecting roughly 33 million people will travel 50 miles or more away from home by car.  That’s up a little more than two percent from 2008. 

In Virginia, AAA predicts Thanksgiving travel to increase three percent.  Yet, in Tennessee, AAA expects an eight percent drop in travelers.
