Kingsport, Tenn.—District 2 State Representative candidates brought reconstructing HWY 126 into their discussions. Republican candidate, Tony Shipley, met with Kingsport Republicans to present his plan, and incumbent, (D) Rep. Nathan Vaughn, rebutted. Both politicians plan to fix the dangerous road.
