Four Arrested On Narcotics Charges At J.C. Motel

The Johnson City Police Department arrested four people on narcotics charges at a Days Inn on Browns Mill Road.

Four people from Carter County face several drug charges after an investigation led the Johnson City Police Department to a local motel.

Police say the drug bust happened on Tuesday at a Johnson City Days Inn on the 2300 block of Browns Mill Road.

Officers arrested Candace Boone and Ryan Snyder, both of 102 Bertie Lane, Lot 30, in Hampton. Boone and Snyder both face narcotics charges. More specifically, they are charged with Possession of Schedule II for Resale, Maintaining a Dwelling Where Controlled Substance are Sold and Kept and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Police also arrested Christopher Dishman, of 2821 Gap Creek Road, in Hampton and Donald Puckett, of 2309 Davis Hollow Road, in Elizabethton. Both Dishman and Puckett are charged with Possession of Schedule II for Resale and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both of which are narcotics charges.

All four are scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on Thursday.
