ETSU nursing program stressing online work
The East Tennessee State University College of Nursing is modifying its doctoral program to mostly online course work.

The East Tennessee State University College of Nursing is modifying its doctoral program to mostly online course work.
School officials said this will make it more convenient for students, especially working adults.
The online work will be augmented with a few intensive but short courses on campus.
The changes are effective next fall.

First off are all of you sure you wanna stay around here when you graduate? For your information Wellmont pays its nurses less than any other health care organization in America. Its a fact so just look it up if you dont believe me. Nurses work harder than most people realize. And their pay around here is horrible. Think its time to either walk out or form a union or do something to make these higher ups realize you all mean business. Honestly if you work at it hard enough you can make more by cashing in pop cans than you can being a nurse. Very sad.
