With him, deputies said they found a woman that Brush kidnapped at gunpoint and assaulted.

Deputies said the child was not hurt.

While investigating the case, deputies said they found a marijuana growing operation inside a home in the 35-hundred block of Cherokee Road in Washington County.

Officers said they found marijuana plants with a street value of 41 thousand dollars.

Deputies charged Brush with especially aggravated kidnapping and possession of drugs for resale.

His bond:  150-thousand dollars.

TerraJo, The young lady, who was fortunate enough to escape with her life, was just one of many Nick has “beat down” over the years.  He can be quite caring and downright charming at first, but then he slowly starts to tear down everything that is dear to you and before you know it, you have no friends….no life….no existence.  Nick is not unlike Ted Bundy, handsome, educated and charming, but we all know how that ended don’t we…....

Katie, I am sorry if what i said hurt your feelings. Maybe I didn’t know him like I thought I did… I am so sorry that this happened and for what he has done to you. I hope you can accept my apology. I was out of place when I wrote that comment. You know how you think you know someone and as it turns out you never really knew that person at all.. So once again I am sorry!

I too, know Nicklaus Brush.  The same Nicklaus Brush who had 41 marijuana plants inside his residence, beat his girlfriend, and then kidnapped her.  Did I fail to mention all this took place in front of his daughter?  Nick is a monster.  Thank God his “ex-girlfriend” had enough sense to get away from him before he killed her!

with his bond being $150,000, perhaps he should have grown more plants so he could have at least broke even….............
