Virginia’s First Lady Campaigning for Obama in Tri-Cities Today

Her husband was once considered a top contender to be Barack Obama’s Vice-Presidential running mate.

That didn’t happen, but it’s not stopping Virginia First Lady Anne Holston from campaigning for Obama in Southwest Virginia today.  Over the next two days, Anne Holton and her father, former Virginia Governor Linwood Holton will be campaigning in Wise, Abingdon, Galax, Whytheville, Christiansburg, and Roanoke.

Linwood Holton will formally endorse Obama during the “Change We Need” community forums.
