Bristol, Virginia Police report it happened Wednesday at Exotic Illusions at on West State Street.
A Vice/Narcotics Unit was conducting a vice investigation at the lingerie and bookstore when Delmer Glenn Laster exposed himself to an undercover officer. Police say Laster also masturbated in the presence of the detective.
Laster was charged with Indecent Exposure and has a bond set at $1,000.00.

If you read the article it states that this was the vice/narcotics division conducting a sting operation, meaning there was drug use or drugs being sold at the establishment. I think the drugs trump the hookers. And conducting stings to catch stores selling beer to minors should not be undermined. This is an important thing they do, trying to keep our teenagers safe and maybe save a few from the perils of drinking and driving. You are a very poorly spoken individual that seems to be just spouting off. Maybe you prefer the drug use and underage drinking…what does that say about you.
While we have no shortage of cops volunteering to hang out in pornographic stores or pose as teenagers trying to buy beer Meanwhile you can drive by the mural areas on state street in Bristol Virginia and Tennessee at any time of the day and watch prostitution in broad daylight. How about you morons getting out of the porn stores where this kind of activity is confined to and do some real police work getting the prostitutes off of our main street!
I find it comforting to know my tax dollars are being used for cops to hang out at exotic illusions!
