A Bulls Gap man is behind bars after exposing and masterbating in the presence of an undercover officer.
Bristol, Virginia Police report it happened Wednesday at Exotic Illusions at on West State Street.
A Vice/Narcotics Unit was conducting a vice investigation at the lingerie and bookstore when Delmer Glenn Laster exposed himself to an undercover officer. Police say Laster also masturbated in the presence of the detective.
Laster was charged with Indecent Exposure and has a bond set at $1,000.00.

I can get in my car and feel safe i will see about 10 cops on the Volunteer parkway enforcing the 35 mph speed limit on a 4 lane highway at any given time. This is a very short article, not sure why you have such trouble understanding it oh well. The police were ALREADY there doing an investigation when this happened, they weren’t there for this guy, he is just that stupid. And sounds to me like you just want to be an idiot and start talking about peoples mothers, that sir is completely uncalled for. I don’t always agree with what the police do but I am not a police officer and know there are reasons why things are done certain ways and just because I don’t understand it does not mean it is wrong. Next time you read the local news pay close attention to that fact that our area has a pretty low crime rate, you are not in fear of drive by shootings, muggings, random acts of violence. The officers here on both sides of the state line must be doing something right. So, when you climb into your car without fear of being carjacked…you should thank an officer not slam one.

And if you wanted to catch stores that sell beer to minors just go to the high school kids and ask where they go to get it instead of spending our tax dollars to set up “stings” which in essence do nothing but punish the owner of the stores and not even the employee selling it. I worked at a gas station in Bristol Va. and sold to an underage guy who looked 30 one day and all i got was a citation meanwhile the owner who wasn’t even there when i sold the beer was given a steep fine. All these government goons want is money from those in business and all these Barney Fifes want is coverage so the taxpayers think they are doing there job.
