The owners of Fattie’s Diner in Damascus, Virginia are challenging their customers to eat a six-pound burger in under an hour.

The hamburger dare started with a two-pound burger, and went up a pound every time someone defeated it.

If you can’t eat the thirty dollar burger, your picture will be added to the wall of shame.  However, if you can down all six pounds in the time limit, you’ll win a free shirt and a place on the wall of fame.

Ok first off what ever happened to everyone just having fun and see who can eat the most that’s what wrong with the world now everyone worrying about what we eat and how much we will gain for 1 time in ya life you can let go. Also for the ones who said we need to feed the homeless and give them food homeless people can get a jopb just like we do and a good majority of them when they do get money they dont buy food clothing or anything else they need they buy alcohol why worry so much about them when a majority of them can get a job like the rest of us.

Holy Cow!  Someone ate a 5lb burger in under an hour.  How many pounds can someone eat before they die of a Fatties Beef Blast?  I wonder if the wall of “fame” is the same dude and is he huge, or does he have a tapeworm!  Give us an update!!

Sounds like good clean small town fun….if someone wants to pay that much for a burger…it is their business! Lighten up….I hated it when my mother told me kids were starving in Africa or Ethiopia or where ever….like it was MY fault and that the spoonful of food I had on my plate was going to save them all.
Look at it this way…at least this business is not advertising “retard” on their sign!

A shortage of food? Look around. Maybe that’s because so many overeat. So if you want to start picking on a restaurant for having a little fun why don’t you take on obese America? Gosh, you people need to get a life or take on a greater cause.

That place should be called Fatties Heart Attack and Stroke. What a heath risk. The wall of shame should be for the ones who eat that. And yes, there is both food and clean water shortages in this world.Farmlands are turning into housing developements, malls, etc. And weather is messing with the land also. Where’s the food going to come from when farms are gone.

As a matter of fact I have fed several homeless people today, so there..I am just making a suggestion what others can do with their money.

To those complaining I must ask. How many homeless have you fed today? It’s easy to condem others but if you’re not doing anything yourself you need to be quite.

I hope that you are doing your part to feed the homeless and starving children. However, other people’s spending habits are none of your business.
And no, I would not do it myself, but it’s none of my business to tell others not to.

This is just sad, people need to think about all the children that starve each day, Why not buy a homeless person something to eat instead of wasting money on being a glutton.
