Paramount Players To Perform At King College

King College will host a concert by the Paramount Players on Saturday, Feb. 21, in the Memorial Chapel. 

The Paramount Players, with guest artist Soprano Dr. Sun-Joo Oh, will present “Mozart to Tango.” The program will include Mozart’s “Piano Quartet in E flat, K493;” Schubert’s “Shepherd on the Rock;” Glinka Trio for piano, clarinet, and cello and Piazzolla’s tango-inspired “Oblivion,” “La Muerta Del Angel” and “Primavera Portena.”

The Paramount Players are the Tri-Cities’ premier chamber music ensemble dedicated to promoting artistic excellence, providing performance opportunity for local chamber artists in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, sharing chamber music with local audiences, and ensuring that chamber music is a vital part of life in our communities.
