Christmas parade is Saturday, roads close

The Johnson City Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday morning, Nov. 17. From approximately 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., the following sections of road will be closed: State of Franklin Road from Jack Vest Drive to Legion Street; Buffalo Road between Main Street and State of Franklin; Main from Buffalo to Legion; and Lonnie Lowe Lane.

The Board of Commissioners approved these closings at its Oct. 4 meeting.
