‘Viva La Follies’ coming up Nov. 6-7

“Viva La Follies” will be held Nov. 6-7 at the Paramount Center for the Arts in Bristol, Tenn. The event is a fundraiser for the Junior League of Bristol, TN/VA.
BRISTOL, Tenn. – “Viva La Follies,” a fundraiser variety talent show for the Junior League of Bristol, TN/VA, will be held Nov. 6-7 at 8 p.m. at the Paramount Center for the Arts in Bristol, Tenn.
The show features Plateau Music Nashville recording artist April Taylor along with other acts. Included in the show will be dance routines and toe-tapping music. Tickets to the fundraising event are $15.
Proceeds will help fund community projects such as Caterpillar Crawl, a permanent scavenger hunt centered around downtown Bristol, and Backpack for Kids, feeding at-risk children in elementary schools.
Past Follies have helped support Sugar Hollow Playground in Bristol, Va., the Trainstation renovation and needs to various other nonprofit organizations such as Girls Inc., Abuse Alternatives and the Children’s Advocacy Center.
