JC Penny is back and open for business in Johnson City.
The store will present a $5,000 check to the Boys and Girls Club after school program this week.

JC Penny at the Mall at Johnson City celebrated a grand re-opening this weekend.

Sunday shoppers who donated $5 to the Boys and Girls Club saved 20% during a promotion called “Day of Giving Back”.
