UPDATE: Nativity Scene Vandalized in Kingsport

Someone knocked the head off a life-sized statue of a shepherd in a nativity scene in downtown Kingsport, Tennessee.
The nativity is scene is on Church Circle, a roundabout surrounded by churches in downtown Kingsport.
The Kingsport Jaycee’s own the statues and maintain the nativity scene every year.  News Channel 11’s Scott Draper was told the statues are at least 50 years old.
A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone who has any information concerning the vandalism. To report any information, please call 423.229.9303.

I can only imagine what a pathetic life this person, whether an ignorant adult or spoiled child, is living if they can’t find anything else better to do with their time than destroying someone else’s property.  Especially part of a nativity scene.  Idle hands!

This is terrible! I pray for whomever did this. God is a loving God and I fear for anyone who dosen’t know him as their Lord and savior. If people would look at what is going on in the world-God is bringing this country and world to its knees. We will all be judged one day and I pray prople find God before it is too late!
