Murder investigation in Lee County

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says a murder investigation is underway after they told 11 Connects a neighbor found a woman dead in her yard in the Rose Hill area over the weekend.

Sheriff Gary Parsons says he believes Brenda Faye Domer, 48, was beaten to death. According to Sheriff Parsons, the Sheriff’s Office has not made any arrests, but says they are following up on a few leads.
