Sullivan Co., Tenn.—The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency scoured the scene of a capsized boat on Boone Lake Friday night.

The search focused on an area of waterfront near Rockingham Road.

Why do people go out drinking and get in lakes and cars and stuff knowing that they are not capable of being safe? People do such crazy things and they usually end up in situations like this one.
