Statutory Rape Charge
Bluff City, Tennessee police arrested a 19-year old woman on statutory rape charges.
Police say Misty Hatcher of Bluff City had sex with a 13- year old boy. They also say Hatcher admitted to having sex with the child.
Hatcher is in the Sullivan County Jail.

And if you’re a well-respected healthcare professional then it’s just sad you don’t understand that’s it wrong for a 19 year old to have sex with a 13 year old. It also appears your education system failed you and your moral compass has serious issues to boot. I hope you don’t deal with children in your line of work.
Uh Milchuck I don’t appreciate being a moron. And for your information I happen to be a college educated person and a very respected healthcare professional in this area. 13 year olds DO know about sex and who knows he probably started the whole thing. She may have just been a willing participant. I don’t care if he is 13, she was only 6 years older than him. Now if she was 35 or 40 then I could understand the charges.

Second, 13 year olds most certainly DO know about sex and, more than likely, this one was a willing participator. (hence the word ‘statuatory) But the 19 year old certainly knows better and now must pay the consequences.
