A Shooting Suspect Remained On The Run In Washington County, Tennessee On Sunday.

Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff Ed Graybeal said deputies were called to a home on Spice Hollow Road around 7:30pm Saturday because of a possible shooting. Officers later spoke with Jon Vazquez of Johnson City who said he was sitting on the hood of his car when a white Mazda drove by and stopped. Vazquez said the passenger fired a shot from a handgun, hitting him in the right thigh.
Vazquez was taken to the Johnson City Medical Center where he was treated and released. Officers are currently looking for Steven Thomas Kotsonis for questioning in the shooting.
