BRISTOL, Tenn. – Emma Wells’ goal at the nine-minute mark was all the Lady Tornado would need as the King College women’s soccer team rolled to a 3-0 victory over Bluefield on Wednesday.
Pua Coffman recorded the assist on the game-winning goal and the duo would connect for the final goal of the match, this time with Coffman putting a Wells’ pass into the onion bag.
In the match, King College (7-3) outshot the Lady Rams 25-0. The Tornado host Brevard College on Saturday at 1 p.m.

In Bristol, Tenn., the Tornado’s Tom Winspear had a hat trick and two assist, freshman Mason Lavallet had a goal and an assist, senior Andy Kimball notched a goal and Sullivan Central grad Brent Baker added a goal as King College beat the Rams on Wednesday.
Tennessee High grad Justin Morrell recorded five saves for King in the match.
King hosts cross-town rival VI on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
