Last season Tiggs led the Buccaneers with a 21.4 points per game average.
After not hearing his name on draft day, former ETSU Buccaneer Kevin Tiggs has now moved past "plan A" and on to "plan B"
and plan B -- could lead him overseas.
Tiggs, who help lead the ETSU Buccaneers back to the NCAA tournament this past season worked out with a couple of NBA teams when his college career was over,knew getting a call on draft day was a long shot, so now he's been getting ready for a possible trip overseas to play pro ball.
