The Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association released its final classification ruling on Thursday for placing schools in districts and regions, as part of the association’s two-day board of control meeting in Murfreesboro, Tenn. The organization’s decision will affect Tennessee high school athletic classification from 2009-13.
"It's what we expected," Tennessee High athletic director Paul Pendleton said. "The schools [in our new district] have been our traditional teams for conference play for all other sports."
