Unaka High School Rangers

Outlook: 2007 saw the Unaka Rangers go 6-5 on the season, but if the boys from Stoney Creek want another winning season in '08, they are going to have to do it with only three Seniors on the squad. The schedule is favorable for a run to the playoffs, as five of their first seven games of the season are at home. A visit to Matewan, W.Va., followed by away games at Cloudland and Jellico will decide if the young Rangers can punch their tickets to the playoffs in November.
