THE BRISTOL HERALD COURIER BY ALLIE ROBINSON Bristol Virginia Police Department Feb. 10 - A “young” woman, around 18-years-old, was seen “clutching a bag, hanging on to the guardrail, crying.” - Someone driving a “blue or greenish” car “hit a fence” in the Dixie and Mary streets area and then left. - A woman was “texting while driving” near the mall. Bristol Tennessee Police Department Feb. 9 - “A possible theft” was reported on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. - A woman reported that “someone had tried to obtain her tax refund without her knowledge or consent.” - Officers responded to a call of a “possible disturbance,” but “no disturbance was found.” Neighborhood Watch  The Leisure Park Towers Neighborhood Watch will meet at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the apartment complex in Bristol, Va.  Anyone interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch in Bristol, Va., should contact Nicole Slagle, crime prevention specialist with the Bristol Virginia Police Department, at (276) 645-7281.  Anyone interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch in Wise County should contact Sgt.
