Trust in the United State government is at an all-time low.
That's according to the latest CNN/ ORC international poll released today.
Only 15 percent of Americans surveyed trust the federal government to do what is right just about always or most of the time.
A year ago -- that number was at 25 percent.
You should note though that the poll was taken during a rough time on Capitol Hill. It was conducted this past Friday through Sunday during the Congressional standoff between Democrats and Republicans over disaster relief funding -- which threatened to shut down the government.
