Football fans who attended Friday night's game at Dobyns Bennett had more to cheer about than football.
Before the Dobyns Bennett/Sullivan Central football game, the crowd rose to honor School Resource Officer Carolyn Gudger, Lieutenent Steve Williams, and Deputy Sam Matney.
The three shot a man who showed up to Sullivan Central with two handguns.
