If your route to spring race events at the Bristol Motor Speedway went through Highway 11-E in Bluff City, you probably notice Lee White.
White gave up about three hours of his Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to serve as a one-man picket about 300 yards ahead of Bluff City's controversial speed cameras.
He saved more than one driver a $90 fine.
