Howard Hawk Willis to appear before new judge Tuesday

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Come Tuesday, a new judge will preside over Howard Hawk Willis' first-degree murder case. Judge Jon Blackwood, a Hamilton County Special Criminal Court Judge, will preside over the case.

Earlier this month, Judge Lynn Brown recused himself from the possible death penalty case, citing a $2 million lawsuit Willis filed against him in federal court. The accused double-murderer will have his first appearance in front of Judge Blackwood in Jonesborough on Tuesday.
