UPDATE 03/10/10
The U.S. Marshal's Office in Knoxville along with the Knoxville Police Department have located and arrested Jonathan Jessee Ryans.
Ryans, who was wanted on domestic violence charges in Sullivan County, was found on Magnolia Avenue in Knoxville.
Ryans will be transported back to Sullivan County to face charges.

Sullivan County Sheriff's Office is looking for Jonathan Jessee Ryans in connection with a domestic violence assault.
Investigators say Ryans is possibly armed and dangerous and has made threats to do harm to the victim again.
Ryans has several tattoos including: teardrops on both eyes, a butterfly on his right eye, “PIRU” on neck, “MOB” on his stomach, “Eastside” on his chest,
“43rd Street" on his back and a tattoo sleeve on his right arm from his elbow down to his wrist.
He is facing charges of Aggravated Domestic Violence Assault, Kidnapping, Felony Reckless Endangerment and Vandalism.
