More information on the continuing murder trial of Howard Hawks Willis, who was in court today in Washington County.
Willis filed a motion asking Criminal Court Judge Lynn Brown to recuse himself for a number of reasons. However, that motion was denied.
Instead, Judge Brown recused himself based on the $2 million lawsuit Willis has filed against him in federal court.
"This is the most frustrating case I’ve ever been associated with," Brown said today in court.
Another judge will have to be assigned to this case before trial can continue.
