»  Comments | Post a Comment

The Washington County, Tennessee, Grand Jury indicted a man on reckless homicide charges this week. Johnson City Police arrested Bradley Ashby in January 2009 after officers said he punched another man in the face, ultimately killing him. Officers said the bar fight took place outside of New Beginnings nightclub.

When police arrived, they found James Lewis unconscious in the parking lot. Officers said he later died from injuries sustained during the assault.

This week, grand jurors indicted Lewis’ accused killer on reckless homicide charges. Ashby is due back in court on March 12.
