A police investigation into physical and emotional abuse at John M. Reed Nursing Home in Washington County revealed an employee may have been abusing a patient.
Amanda Tibble, 34, of George Laws Road in Telford was arrested today and charged with five counts of willful abuse, neglect or exploitation of an adult, according to Sheriff Ed Graybeal of the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
Tibble is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 10 in general sessions court.
