Washington County, Virginia launched a prescription discount card program today.

According to county officials, 60,000 pharmacies nationwide, including most pharmacies in Washington County, will accept the cards.
Residents can visit www.washcova.com to print an ID card and use it immediately at any participating pharmacy.
