A Johnson City man police say is responsible for a string of break-ins will appear in court this Thursday.
Johnson City Police arrested Billy Lee Cole, 20, and charged him with two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of theft of property over $500 and two counts of auto burglary.
Police say Cole broke into a home on Carroll Creek Road in January. Police then say he broke into another home and two vehicles on Newton Drive in February.
Cole is expected to appear in court on Thursday.
