The Tri-Cities community showed their support today as nine Domino's Pizza stores across the area donated 25% of Monday's proceeds to victims of the fire at Miller Crest Apartments.

Domino's Pizza on West State of Franklin Road, along with Bojangles and several community volunteers, held a car wash. 100% of those proceeds also went toward helping the fire victims.

Even some who lost everything in the fire came to help out. April Street, an assistant manager and a displaced resident at the apartment complex, volunteered her time Monday.

"You know, we lost everything. From day one Domino's just stepped up and helped us out. I mean the first day everything happened they were asking us what we needed from them and they've helped us everyday and I just felt like I needed to be out," said Street.

Domino's Pizza is also accepting any form of donation, from clothes to basic living necessities, and even furniture.

They will accept donations for the next few weeks.
