Finally, Iran has gone over the top. It has made America, France and England unite in its condemnation of its rogue nuclear program. It has kept a nuclear facility secret from the international community.
I do not think there is anything that can save them now. French president Nicolas Sarkozy has given Iran till December to comply with international law or face the consequences. English Prime Minister Gordon Brown declared, “We will not let this matter rest.” President Obama stated that, “The Iranian government must now demonstrate through deeds its peaceful intentions or be held accountable.”
I think it is too late for the Iranians. They will not comply by December and the wheels are set in motion. If only they could see the peril that they are in.
There is no doubt that much to Iran’s chagrin, we will form a committee. That’s right Iran – a committee. And don’t think it will stop there. Oh no! Though the committee will undoubtedly be unable to reach an agreement, the United States will courageously act unilaterally.
It hurts me to have to say this to you, but we will act unilaterally and send you – here it comes – a letter! You heard me right, Iran – A LETTER! You have only yourselves to blame for this, and if you don’t believe we’ll do it, just ask North Korea. They’re probably still too shaken to talk about it, but you had better believe me, they got a letter.
Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote, “The timid civilized world has found nothing with which to oppose the onslaught of a sudden revival of barefaced barbarity, other than concessions and smiles.” I guess he did not know about the letter.
