I recently wrote a letter to the Herald Courier which Mr. Andy Joyner took great delight in labeling as a soliloquy of falsehoods. It means “talking to oneself when alone.” Mr. Joyner must have been alone or watching The Andy Griffith Show, seeing Barney Fife always putting his foot in his mouth, pretending to know something he didn’t know when he wrote his letter. For that is exactly what Mr. Joyner did, trying to be cute.
I suggest he go back and look up the definition of socialism, then he’ll know he put his foot in his mouth. The health care plans being considered by Congress will be a system of health care run and controlled by the government. Socialized medicine. The definition of socialism supports this. Any fool who has followed this in the news knows the Democrats’ health care plan will be government-run and controlled. It does not mean doctors will become government employees. They will be paid like they always have been.
The Rev. Dr. Jack Van Impe would enjoy watching Mr. Joyner trying to get his foot out of his mouth after calling him a television evangelist, a talk show host. Read my letter and you’ll know I did not mention Dr. Van Impe in connection with Obama. I called Obama a liar for denying he knew the kind of sermons Jeremiah Wright gave in his church for the 20 years Obama attended his church. You reckon Obama slept through all his sermons?
It’s Mr. Joyner who needs straw men. The truth does not. He is just like other people who can’t face reality and accept the truth. These people are so disconnected from reality they go around like robots; no mind of their own. Objective reasoning is used by people who think for themselves. They do not let other people do it for them. These people are not the fools someone like Mr. Joyner thinks they are. He and the others like him are the fools.
