We’ve joined forces with the American Red Cross to help replenish their blood stores and at the same time, honor our local heroes.
From August 31 until September 11, you can donate blood at any of the below locations in Johnson City, Kingsport, Erwin and Mountain City.
Donate and cast your vote for your favorite first responders! The department that earns the most votes will be honored on Sept. 11 by the American Red Cross, 11 Connects and TriCities.com.
Donation Locations:
# 8/31 City of Johnson City at Legion St. Recreation Center 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
# 9/1 City of Johnson City at Legion St. Recreation Center 12:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
# 9/2 Lowe’s of West Kingsport 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
# 9/8 Mountain City Community at Johnson County EMS, Vandilla Street 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
# 9/9 11 Connects at Champion Chevrolet, Bristol Highway, Johnson City 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
# 9/10 ETSU at Culp Center 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
# 9/11 Erwin Community at First Christian Church 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
# 9/11 Wal-Mart in Colonial Heights 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
