Two Kingsport men are scheduled to be arraigned today, after police said they stole someone's wallet and fired a shot at that person.
Kingsport Police arrested Allen M. Greer and Tyree S. Ford. Police charged both men with aggravated robbery.
Police said the victim told them that Greer grabbed his wallet in the parking lot of McDonald's on East Stone Drive Monday afternoon.
According to police, Greer and Ford fled McDonald's in a Cadillac, and the victim followed them to the parking lot of Cheddar's Casual Cafe on North Eastman Road.
Police said the victim told them that Ford fired at least one shot at him. Police arrested Greer and Ford a short time later.
