Johnson City Police arrested a man at Fox Glenn Apartments for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Police say they spotted a suspicious looking vehicle inside of the apartment complex. According to police, the three people inside of the vehicle agreed to a search. Police then say they found a marijuana pipe and several bags they believe to be marijuana on Bret Steven Alvis, 27, Johnson City.
Alivs is set to appear in court on Thursday at 9 a.m.
