Two local schools dismissing early
Two local schools will be dismissing early due to a water main break.
Dickenson County, Virginia school officials tell 11 Connects Haysi High School and Sandlick Elementary School will dismiss students at 12:30 p.m. All of the other schools in the district will be on a normal schedule.
