The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added a Chattanooga man, accused of trying to steal a disability check from and assaulting a disabled man earlier this year, to the top ten most wanted list.
TBI says Preston Deshawun Muncy is wanted for attempted first degree murder and aggravated assault. Muncy has a criminal history that spans Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Georgia for theft, DUI and contempt of court.
